Blazhka Trepetanova, is the founder of the first zero-waste restaurant in Bulgaria and author of the book ‘How to live a zero-waste life in Bulgaria’. With over 600 lectures in Bulgaria and the USA on zero waste and sustainability, Blazhka is a seasoned lecturer. In 2018, she launched the NGO Zero Waste Bulgaria, and now in 2020, she has started Zero Wave. This company turns waste into valuable resources by producing edible and non-edible products from materials considered as waste.
