Iñigo serves as an Environmental Scientist and Project Manager South at EIT Food. He initially worked as a researcher in biomass valorization before transitioning to the role of Project Manager for EU-funded projects (H2020, LIFE, Interreg). His primary expertise lies in the agrifood sector and bioeconomy, with a focus on promoting innovation. In June 2023, Iñigo joined EIT Food to spearhead the implementation of two key programs: Empowering Women in Agrifood and Straight2Market. These initiatives aim to empower women in establishing businesses within the agrifood sector and facilitate the market launch of innovative food products, respectively.
