Ana González has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Valencia. Additionally, she has honed her expertise through specialized programs, including Advanced Management at IE Business School and Management and Management of Non-Governmental Entities.

With extensive experience in business and team management, Ana took charge of Protiberia in January 2022. In addition, she works as an independent advisor for European projects, contributing her experience to the prestigious consulting firms Ideoma Consulting and Mindhead.

Prior to her current positions, Ana headed her own company, Cucugua, a Spanish learning initiative based in Shanghai, China, where she served as CEO and co-founder. She has also held key leadership positions in organizations at renowned facility management companies.
